Customer Service Coordinator

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team at SF Recruitment (Birmingham). This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and professional individual who thrives in a varied and people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Customer Service:- Promptly respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and in person, providing exceptional service by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products or services.
- Follow up on leads to convert enquiries into sales opportunities, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales using CRM systems.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome, and manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members or departments.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation, supporting other team members with ad hoc tasks as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within sales, reception, or administration.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Positive, professional, and approachable demeanour.
**Salary & Benefits:** £25,000 + Bonus
This role requires working 5 days out of 7, Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 10am-4pm.
