Secretarial Support Coordinator

Trapeze Recruitment Services Ltd. is a leading recruitment agency specialising in legal and administrative roles. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Secretarial Support Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing administrative support, including audio and copy typing, managing files and client details, and making appointments. They will also have excellent technical skills, including fast and accurate typing speed, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, is essential. We offer a generous holiday allowance, discreet bonus scheme, and pension scheme as part of our employee benefits package.
Estimated salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
Responsibilities include:
* Preparing and sending correspondence
* Maintaining accurate records and databases
* Providing administrative support to fee earners
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in a similar role
* Excellent technical skills, including fast and accurate typing speed
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
