Conveyancing Secretary

To support fee earners in various legal departments with administrative tasks, ensuring efficient and secure document handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately type correspondence, legal documents, and other materials on the firm's case management system.
- Provide exceptional telephone service to clients and colleagues.
- Manage files, maintain up-to-date records, and ensure seamless data transfer between teams.
- Schedule appointments and facilitate communication with clients.
- Utilize technical skills to efficiently manage a high-volume workload and meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary or related field.
- A 'can-do' attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration with colleagues and clients.
