**Job Title:** Administrative Support Role in Legal Sector
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support staff member to join our client's Conveyancing team. As an Administrative Support staff, you will assist fee earners with secretarial and administrative duties, maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity.
The successful candidate will have experience in Conveyancing and possess excellent technical skills, including fast and accurate typing speeds. They will also be able to manage a busy workload with minimal supervision, meet tight deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
**Responsibilities**
- Audio and copy typing all correspondence to include letters, legal forms (Oyez) and quotes.
- Answer the telephone in a polite and efficient manner.
- Undertake administrative duties such as photocopying and updating client details.
- Filing correspondence and ensuring files are kept up-to-date.
- Arranging appointments and dealing with clients.
- Access and input data onto the firm's client case management system.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary or related qualification/experience.
- Can-do attitude.
- Excellent technical skills which include a fast and accurate typing speed.
- The ability to manage a busy workload with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
This role offers an attractive salary of £27,500-£32,500 per annum, depending on experience, making it an ideal opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their career in the legal sector.
