Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR function, ensuring the smooth operation of employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Onboarding and offboarding of employees, including preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.
  2. Administration of benefit schemes and maintenance of accurate data in HR systems.
  3. Delivery of employee inductions and training programs.
  4. Amendments to terms and conditions of employment.
  5. Leaver administration and coordination of exit procedures.
  6. Responsible for administrating employee changes, ensuring HR systems and personnel files are up to date.
  7. Monitoring visa expiration dates and advising in a timely manner.
  8. Drafting letters and reports as required to support the HR team.
  9. Assistance with annual HR activities and processes, including salary reviews and bonus schemes.
  10. Supporting the roll out of group HR policies and initiatives.
  11. Ensuring up to date job descriptions are in place for all roles.
  12. Working with the HR team to ensure a consistent approach and audit readiness.
  13. Assistance with payroll processing and ensuring all new start information and leavers are captured.
  14. Providing HR administrative support in confidential meetings and investigations.
Requirements
  1. 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
  2. Experience of working in a fast-paced business.
  3. HR systems experience desirable.
  4. Higher Grades/A-Level or equivalent including English.
  5. Interest in pursuing a formal HR qualification in the future.
  6. Able to maintain confidentiality and adherence to employment law and working practices.
  7. Able to adapt and manage conflicting priorities.
  8. Excellent attention to detail applied to all tasks.
  9. Ability to prioritize and manage a busy workload.
  10. Strong IT and MS Office skills.
  11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  12. Full UK Driving Licence.
