About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Development Manager to join our team at Essity. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans that drive growth and revenue for our key customers.

As a National Account Development Manager, you will work closely with our Sales Manager to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets. You will also be responsible for negotiating contracts and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with business objectives.

This is a national role, requiring regular travel around the UK and occasional overnight stays. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Develop joint business plans with designated key customers to drive growth and revenue
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing strategies with customers
  • Ensure all internal and external stakeholders are informed and aligned with business objectives
  • Analyse customer information to identify business risks and opportunities
Requirements
  • Proven experience of managing key accounts at a national level
  • Advanced negotiation skills and ability to self-lead
  • Successful track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly
