Job Summary

The Global Account Manager will be responsible for managing the liquidity and cash management needs of a portfolio of Financial Institutions, Multi-National Corporations, and Local Corporates. This includes maintaining close relationships with decision makers and key influencers in the client's RHQ/GHQ Treasury and Finance organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, including Financial Institutions, Multi-National Corporations, and Local Corporates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide account management support, including client onboarding, relationship development, and issue resolution.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for growth and expansion with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Implementation, Sales, and Technology, to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Requirements
  • Previous banking experience working with Institutional clients (FIs/Corporates/NFBI) in a sales, relationship, or account management role.
  • Proven ability to deliver creative and flexible customer solutions.
  • Excellent time management, planning, and organization skills.
  • Excellent range of communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
