Job Description:

The Senior Reward Specialist will be responsible for delivering global reward processes, including designing, developing, analyzing, implementing, communicating, and monitoring all global compensation projects and initiatives.

This role requires working within the existing Reward framework to conduct compensation benchmarking exercises, develop salary scales by geography and function for our global organization, and provide regular insight and analytics.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct global salary benchmarking exercises to support annual salary planning cycles and hiring decisions based on existing job families and career frameworks.
  • Extract salary scales by geography and function using Willis Towers Watson salary data.
  • Drive recommendations for market-specific inflationary increases.
  • Monitor local regulations related to pay practices and support the development of compensation policies, programs, and practices.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of high-inflation locations, such as Latin America, and make considered recommendations on approach.
  • Work closely with the HRIS Workday team to support configuration of the Advanced Compensation module in Workday to meet specific Wood Mac requirements.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for advanced compensation in Workday, including compensation plans, eligibility rules, compensation elements, compensation packages, and other related configurations.
  • Carry out job evaluations on new roles.
  • Accountable for leading the bonus and merit program in Workday.
  • Research and prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and compile metrics for analysis as needed.
  • Act as the liaison between the Reward team and other departments across the HR team and wider organization to ensure consistency and compliance in processes and procedures.
  • Identify key market segments impacted by high competition for talent and recommend compensation approaches accordingly.
  • Support review of Sales and Consulting Commission Schemes.
  • Provide key inputs to Talent Acquisition on new hire compensation.
  • Provide key HRIS and reporting metrics.
  • Subject Matter Expert advice to business and wider HR team across Reward projects and programs.

About You:

  • The candidate must have experience in international Compensation & Benefits.
  • You will ideally have experience using Workday, particularly the Advanced Compensation module, including leading on annual bonus and merit reviews in Workday.
  • You will ideally have knowledge of integrating Workday Advanced Compensation with other modules within the Workday ecosystem, such as Performance Management and Talent Management, to ensure seamless data flow across different HR functions.
  • You will have strong analytical skills and be familiar with using salary benchmarking software and methodologies.
  • Experience using Willis Towers Watson systems is advantageous.
  • Experience of complex geographies, across a number of global locations will be beneficial.
  • You will have a Degree/Diploma in HRM or a related subject, and ideally have a relevant HR or Finance professional qualification, or relevant experience.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, as is the ability to present data and information clearly.
  • Candidates should be prepared to effectively manage their own workload and prioritize appropriately.
  • Excellent analytical and modeling skills are essential to succeed in this position, as well as effective communication and presentation skills.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
