About the Opportunity

We're looking for a highly motivated National Account Sales Director to lead our national account sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building long-term relationships with our clients, and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales and margin targets in the hospitality industry.
  • BUILD strong cross-functional relationships with prospect customers to position Brakes as their next supply partner.
  • Liaise and influence colleagues to deliver high-quality tender submissions and launch new business wins.

Your Background:

  • Proven experience in new business development or national account roles, with a successful track record in winning tenders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Good commercial acumen and knowledge of key profit levers.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience, with uncapped bonus potential.
  • Car allowance of £5,500 per annum or company car.
  • Excellent company benefits, including generous holiday allowance and pension scheme.
