Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Food Business Development Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to drive sales growth, build long-term relationships with our clients, and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

About the Role:

  • Identify, secure, and manage key accounts in the hospitality industry to achieve sales and margin targets.
  • BUILD strong cross-functional relationships with prospect customers to position Brakes as their next supply partner.
  • Liaise and influence colleagues to deliver high-quality tender submissions and launch new business wins.

Your Background:

  • Proven experience in new business development or national account roles, with a successful track record in winning tenders.
  • Superb customer relationship and rapport-building skills.
  • Good commercial acumen and knowledge of key profit levers.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience, with uncapped bonus potential.
  • Car allowance of £5,500 per annum or company car.
  • Excellent company benefits, including generous holiday allowance and pension scheme.
