Job Title: Deputy Director, Programme Director

At Northrop Grumman UK, we're shaping the technology and solutions of tomorrow to solve the most complex challenges. As a Deputy Programme Manager, you'll support the Programme Manager in delivering Defence projects, working on high-profile control systems development programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as liaison between project management and key stakeholders.
  • Support the Programme/Account Manager in managing project relationships, including partners, suppliers, and beneficiaries.
  • Contribute to business development, pursuing and capturing new opportunities through to contract award.
  • Provide leadership to drive team performance, competence, and talent, and act as a mentor and role model.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience.
  • Ability to deal with internal and external customers in a professional manner.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
