Product Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our product development efforts in the UK market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering customer value through innovative product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, market trends, and commercial landscape in the UK.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth in the UK market.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to translate customer needs into product capabilities.
  • Conduct market research, prioritize product development, and initiate new product initiatives.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with the UK team to identify areas for product enhancement.
  • Influence and manage the product roadmap, writing product initiative briefs, and tracking performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in end-to-end commercial product management in software or web technologies.
  • Strong presentation skills for internal groups and training sessions.
  • Ability to navigate a flat yet matrixed global structure effectively.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on metrics and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong empathy with customers and ability to maintain regular office hours.
