Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspire and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer journeys and increase loyalty.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.

Requirements: As a Customer Success Manager, you will need a minimum of three years' experience in leading sales teams to deliver exceptional customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer journey mapping and process improvement is also beneficial.

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
