Job Overview:
The Full Time Customer Service role at Anderson Knight involves delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining best-in-class service standards. Key responsibilities include daily rental collection by direct debit, issuing welcome letters and correspondence to customers, managing CCA regulatory statements, updating customer details in the system, efficiently issuing finance settlement quotes, handling customer queries, adhering to contractual processes regarding FCA regulations, logging calls and communications accurately, submitting Credit Reference Agency reports on time, and managing asset registration files.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and provide excellent customer service. Relevant experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in the vehicle rental industry, is highly desirable.

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
