Autism Care and Development Officer

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
We are seeking an experienced Autism Care and Development Officer to join our team at Creative Support Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with autism and developing strategies to promote their independence and wellbeing.
About the Role:
You will engage with service users, building trusting relationships and promoting positive coping skills. Our team provides support to service users in their own homes or in other settings, offering respite to carers and practical and emotional support to families as appropriate. You will also have the opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with autism
- Ability to work within a structured approach and build trusting relationships with service users
- Fully manual driving license essential for driving service users' cars when required
