We are looking for a Personal Care and Social Companion to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to two individuals with learning disability, autism, and sensory requirements.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Supporting individuals with daily living tasks and personal care needs
- Planning and facilitating engaging activities and outings
- Facilitating access to local amenities and services
