Salary: £44,000 - £49,000 per annum
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to join our team as we open our brand new adults service in Greater Manchester. As Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service and leading a team of experienced staff members.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the team to deliver high-quality care and support
- Maintaining relationships with local authorities and other stakeholders
- Ensuring the service meets CQC standards
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar setting
- Background of working with adults with autism and/or learning disabilities
- Clear DBS/CRC
