Care Home Manager Opportunity

Purosearch Ltd is seeking an experienced Care Home Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a historic care home in Stockport, providing dementia and nursing care to older people.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of care are maintained, leading and supporting staff in delivering quality care, and maintaining compliance with CQC regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall operations of the care home, including administrative tasks and budget management.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve care services and maintain high levels of compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and motivate a team of carers and support staff to deliver excellent care and support to residents.
  • Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Care Home Manager, preferably with a track record of improving services and achieving high standards of care.
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and ability to maintain compliance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to achieve shared goals.
What We Offer:
