About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Care Home Manager to support the Registered Home Manager in delivering high standards of personalised care.

As a Deputy Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day running of the care home to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.
  • Building strong relationships with residents and their loved ones to create person-centred care plans.
  • Leading and managing the care team, including managing rotas, ensuring staff are fully trained, and supporting recruitment.
  • Conducting medication audits and competency assessments for Senior Carers.
  • Creating an environment that enables residents to live their best possible lives.

About You

We are looking for a caring and experienced Deputy Manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support. You will have a proven track record of dementia care and supervising in a residential care home setting. Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are essential, as well as the ability to motivate and develop your team to deliver exceptional care.
