**Job Description:** Support Worker for Individuals with Autism
Location: Stockport
About the Role:
We are recruiting for a Support Worker to join our team in Stockport, supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs.
About the Job:
The successful candidate will work as part of a dedicated team to ensure our Service Users receive person-centered care and support. This involves assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and engaging in activities that enhance their quality of life.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Care/Support Work or willingness to undergo training.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Arrangements:
This is a full-time position, offering 37.5 hours per week. Shift patterns include 7-hour, 8-hour, and 14-hour shifts between 8am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday.
