Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Adult Care Professional to join our team at Grand Care Centre in Cheadle village, Stockport. As an Adult Care Professional, you will be responsible for delivering patient-centred care to residents with various needs, including residential and nursing care.

The successful candidate will have experience as a Care Assistant in a care environment and hold a Care certificate or equivalent. You will also have evidence of good care practice knowledge relating to older people and be able to work in a team, self-motivated, and confident.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver patient-centred care to residents in line with agreed care plans.
  • Support residents to maintain independence and achieve their potential.
  • Model best practice when delivering care.
  • Contribute to daily records and effective teamwork.
Compensation and Perks:

The salary for this role is approximately £25,500 per annum, with opportunities to progress through our career paths.
