About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Care Assistant at Bramhall Manor Care Centre. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities
  1. To deliver hands-on care to residents in a person-centered manner.
  2. Assist residents with all aspects of their physical, emotional, and spiritual care needs, adhering to agreed care plans.
  3. Contribute to effective teamwork, undertaking tasks delegated efficiently and effectively.
  4. Take responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of adults under your care.

Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Care Assistant in a care environment is essential.
  • Care Certificate or equivalent qualification (or willingness to achieve within 12 months).
  • Demonstrate knowledge of good care practice, with a focus on older adult care.
  • Evidence of self-motivation, confidence, and ability to work collaboratively.
