Support Specialist for Adults with Autism

- Provide personal care, administer medication, and undertake lone working tasks as required.
- Encourage service users to engage in various social activities, both within and outside their homes.
- Develop warm and trusting relationships with service users and their families, enabling them to enjoy their time at the service to the fullest.
- Drive a 12-seater mini bus to local amenities, ensuring safe transportation for service users.
- Support individuals with limited or poor mobility, adapting care plans to meet their unique needs.
- A passion for providing person-centred care and support to adults with autism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient and empathetic approach, with a focus on building strong relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A full, clean driving licence is essential for this role.
