**Job Description**

The Neighbourhood Team at Transport for Greater Manchester is seeking an experienced Adult Services Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality services to adults with physical disabilities or mental impairments. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams and developing services, while promoting positive practice and collaboration with external partners.

**Responsibilities**

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver services that meet the needs of adults with physical disabilities or mental impairments
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service outcomes and customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with 3rd sector and health partners to promote thriving communities

**Requirements**

  • Degree in Social Work or related field
  • Experience of working with adults with physical disabilities or mental impairments
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary and Benefits**
