Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join our team on a full-time permanent basis at our brand new adult residential service in Greater Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up the service alongside the Area Manager and Head of Operations. Once commissioned, they will resume full responsibility of the day-to-day running of the service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting up the brand new 3-5 bed residential service.
  • Leading a team of experienced staff members.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 3 years management experience in a similar setting.
  • A background of working with adults with autism and/or learning disabilities.
  • Knowledge of CQC standards.
  • Strong people management skills, communication skills, and teamwork abilities.
  • A clear DBS/CRB.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is £42,000 per annum. Compass Associates offers a competitive benefits package, including a £200 John Lewis voucher for successful recommendations.
