Salary: £12 per hour, with enhanced bank holiday rate of £18.00 (£24 Christmas and New Year), and opportunities for career progression and additional earnings through our referral scheme.
Job Description: As a Female Care Assistant at Cera Care, you will be supporting clients with their personal care needs, including continence support, washing and dressing, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks. You will provide companionship, reassurance, and joy to the lives of those you care for, making a genuine difference every day.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must be kind, patient, and understanding, with a passion for supporting others. No experience is required, but a driving license and access to a vehicle for work are necessary. We offer comprehensive training and a supportive environment to help you develop your skills and confidence.
