Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Bramhall Manor Care Centre. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centered care to residents, addressing their individual needs and preferences.
  • Contribute to effective teamwork, supporting colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care, ensuring up-to-date information is readily available.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Care Assistant in a care environment is essential.
  • Care Certificate or equivalent qualification (or willingness to achieve within 12 months).
  • Demonstrate knowledge of good care practice, with a focus on older adult care.
  • Evidence of self-motivation, confidence, and ability to work collaboratively.
