In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to work as a Mental Health Specialist Practitioner in our Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) in Stockport East. Your key role will be to work closely with individuals, their families, and carers to develop and implement personalized care plans.
As a member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues from various backgrounds, including Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, and Support Work. Together, you will provide holistic support to individuals with complex mental health needs.
