About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Autism Practitioner to join our team at Qualiteach Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning needs of students with autism. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with students who require personalized support, helping them to overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering individualized support to students with autism, working closely with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular updates to parents and carers.

Requirements: To succeed in this position, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with others. You must also be able to set clear boundaries and use appropriate techniques for behavior management. A background in special education or a related field is highly desirable.
