We are seeking an experienced Trainer and Learning Development Specialist to join our vibrant team at Creative Support Ltd in Stockport, UK.

This is a central role within our staff development team where you will be based at our Head Office. You will work closely with the Head of Engagement & Learning, Training Manager, and other key personnel to develop and participate in employee learning and development programmes related to service provision.

As a self-directed practitioner, you will inspire and develop a workforce focused initiative to enhance the skills and knowledge of the national health and social care workforce. Your expertise in developing and delivering training to enhance the skills and knowledge of healthcare professionals is crucial for us.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and participating in employee learning and development programmes
  • Delivering training to enhance the skills and knowledge of healthcare professionals
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Care Quality Commission, Skills for Health, Skills for Care, national occupational standards, and NICE guidelines

You will have the opportunity to work towards the QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care while enjoying full training provided by the company.

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 33 days annual leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS.
