We are seeking a skilled and experienced trainer to join our team at Creative Support Ltd. As a Healthcare Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to our staff teams, focusing on health and social care provision and management theory.

Working closely with our Head of Engagement & Learning and Training Manager, you will create and participate in employee learning and development programs, ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission, Skills for Health, Skills for Care, national occupational standards, and NICE guidelines.

Key responsibilities include developing and delivering staff education and skills enhancement opportunities, as well as working towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
