About the Job:
Ackerman Pierce Ltd is a reputable social care services provider seeking a Mental Health and Disability Services Manager to join their team in London Borough of Camden. As a seasoned professional in the field, you will be responsible for managing a team, conducting reviews and assessments, and working closely with other agencies to ensure the protection of vulnerable adults. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also have the chance to contribute to policy development and implementation within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of social workers
- Conducting reviews and assessments
- Working alongside other agencies to ensure protection and support
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to mental health and disability services

Requirements:
- A degree in Social Work or a related field
- Post qualifying experience of working as a Learning Disabilities Social Worker within the UK Social Care industry.
- Experience managing a team.
- HCPC Registration
- 5 years post qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry
- Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
- Eligibility to work in the UK

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
