As a Mental Health Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of mental health professionals in providing clinical services to children and young people in our communities. With a salary of £48,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience, you will be part of a dedicated team that is passionate about delivering high-quality mental health services.

About the Job:
  • To lead a team of mental health professionals in providing clinical services to children and young people
  • To develop and implement treatment pathways and programs to improve mental health outcomes
  • To work closely with the Service Manager, Consultant Clinical Psychologist, and Senior Nurses to ensure seamless service delivery

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health leadership, with experience in providing clinical services to children and young people. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a recruitment premium of £3,000 (pro-rata for part-time roles) and up to £5,000 relocation costs for external applicants.

  • Nursing degree or equivalent, Dip SW or Dip OT or equivalent
  • Higher degree or post-graduate certificate in the area of clinical practice
  • Able to demonstrate an appropriate level of knowledge of mental health practice from previous experience
