Job Title: Customer Experience Manager for Service Provider Transformation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Cisco Systems, Inc. This role will play a crucial part in driving the successful adoption and utilization of our technologies and services within customer organizations, leading to value realization and growth.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will drive software, services adoption, and value realization, ensuring smooth delivery processes that support customers in meeting their success criteria.
  • They will proactively identify and mitigate renewal risks, using insights to increase customer retention and drive successful renewals.
  • Owning financial aspects, including revenue and margin across products and services, the candidate will make strategic investment decisions in line with our Financial targets.
  • Building and implementing adoption plans that align with customer goals, they will improve technology investments and promote full utilization of our technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with Sales, Services Sales, Customer Success Specialists, Renewals, Delivery teams, and Business Entities to identify use cases, craft and deliver solutions, and facilitate workshops to review adoption progress and drive customer outcomes.
  • Partnering with Customer Technical and Operational Leaders and Executives to orchestrate CX resources across Delivery, Expert Care, Technical Support, Customer Success, Renewals, and Partners to drive value realization.
  • Working closely with Solution Development Architect and Deal Acceleration teams to assist in driving ARR and services growth.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of delivery experience and a solid grasp of software lifecycle practices.
  • Experience in developing and cultivating strong relationships with executive-level customers.
  • Ability to lead virtual multi-functional teams in a matrix organization and manage customer expectations.
  • Frequent travel required to meet customers locally or internationally.
Salary Estimate:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
