Customer Experience Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team at DS Smith. As a key member of our Customer Experience transformation journey, you will play a critical role in shaping internal and external activities for our organisation and valued customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and deploy a talent capability building strategy and plan against an in-flight CX programme, spanning multiple workstreams. You will work closely with key stakeholders to diagnose training needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment between learning initiatives and business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop learning plans;
- Designing and delivering fit-for-purpose learning initiatives using blended learning solutions and digital tools;
- Vendor management: establishing and engaging with 3rd party vendors to create and deliver training;
- Performance monitoring and evaluation: establishing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and track employee progress.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development professional with a proven track record of designing and delivering successful learning strategies.
