Customer Experience Transformation Lead

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Transformation Lead to drive the successful adoption and utilization of our technologies within customer organizations.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of delivery experience and a solid understanding of software lifecycle practices.
- Drive adoption of software and services to achieve successful renewals and growth by mitigating renewal risks and increasing customer retention rates.
- Advocate for customers within Cisco to ensure their needs are met and they receive a high-quality customer experience.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Adept at handling financials and making strategic investment decisions.
- Experience in developing and cultivating strong relationships with executive-level customers.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
In addition to a competitive salary, employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary.
