Job Description

**Job Title:** Transformation Unit IDT Applications Delivery Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Applications Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of the IDT Applications Programme and BAU for Transformation Unit.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide high-quality Applications Delivery management support to the Head of Applications and Clinical Systems.
  • Lead the Applications and Clinical Systems teams effectively and represent the IDT Applications Service.
  • Work across and liaise with members of the Applications Teams, other IDT Teams, and Trust Teams as appropriate.
  • Take on and deliver project management of priority Applications projects and programmes.
  • Commission and produce reports as required.

**Requirements:**

  • Masters, MBA in a numerate or management specialism or equivalent experience.
  • Qualifications and training in managing staff, evidence of senior experience in the NHS or private sector.
  • Prince 2 Practitioner certification.
  • ITIL qualifications to Foundation level.
  • MSP Practitioner Certification.

**Desirable Skills:**

  • Strong leadership qualities and/or associated leadership qualifications.
  • The ability to develop concise presentations and reports that deliver the right message.
  • Strong verbal and analytical skills.
  • Highly collaborative approach with the ability to build strong working relationships.

**Personal Qualities:**

  • Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Ability to use a range of personal styles to suit different situations.
  • Resilience, comfortable giving and receiving frequent professional challenge.
