Business Support Manager

The Transformation Unit is seeking a highly skilled Business Support Manager to lead and manage the Business Support Group. This role will be responsible for providing high-quality professional support in business administration and commercial affairs to the Medical Physics and Clinical Engineering Department.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Main Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Business Support Group to meet the needs of the Medical Physics and Clinical Engineering Department.
- Support the department with administrative needs, including interacting with Procurement and Finance.
- Help with service quotations, support bidding for tenders, and follow up with customers.
- Organize departmental professional events and courses.
- Take minutes for multidisciplinary committees.
- Perform other general administrative tasks as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in management support to business, administrative, and clerical work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
