Job Overview

The Transformation Unit is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our IDT Delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects that support our Trust's Digital Strategy and vision.

You will have a proven track record of delivering projects in a healthcare environment, with a strong focus on project management tools and methodologies. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, both within the Trust and with external suppliers.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about health, digital, and technology. If you have a strong passion for delivering high-quality projects and a desire to make a real difference in the healthcare sector, we would love to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities
  • Full lifecycle delivery of IDT projects, including planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out projects
  • Manage the implementation of a range of ICT projects, as portfolio priorities dictate
  • Develop associated project plans and project workbooks
  • Drive delivery of all related project activity in plan
  • Manage risk, issue, and dependency logs
  • Engage with staff, suppliers, and other healthcare organizations, and manage key relationships as relevant to projects
  • Manage competing tasks effectively in a pressurized environment
  • Manage demands and requests on time in a structured, responsive, and effective way
  • Manage, coach, and motivate project teams
  • Uphold Trust and IDT best practice standards at all times
  • Be a positive and proactive self-starter who operates from a 'how can I add value' mindset
