About The Role

We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Assistant Project Manager to join our Digital Engineering team at Critical Project Resourcing Ltd. In this role, you will work closely with the Digital Engineering Programme Manager to lead the delivery of innovative digital engineering projects. These projects are designed to meet critical business needs and drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Delivery: Lead a variety of digital engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet business goals and timelines.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes and timely delivery.
  3. Scheduling: Create and manage detailed project plans, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to meet deadlines.
  4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks early, assess their impact, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Key Requirements
  1. Proven experience in IT Project Management, with a focus on digital transformation and change management.
  2. Ability to guide stakeholders and manage suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time.
  3. Experience in identifying and managing project risks.
  4. Expertise in project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling.
