Job Title: Applications Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Applications Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of the IDT Applications Programme and BAU.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Applications Delivery management and leadership
  • Applications Projects and BAU Delivery

The successful candidate will have a strong background in programme and project management, with experience in managing supplier contracts and relationships. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop concise presentations and reports that deliver the right message.

Requirements:
  • Masters, MBA in a numerate or management specialism or equivalent experience
  • Qualifications and training and/or equivalent experience in managing staff, evidence of senior experience in the NHS or private sector
  • Prince 2 Practitioner certification
  • ITIL qualifications to Foundation level
  • MSP Practitioner Certification
Key Skills:
  • Strong leadership qualities and/or associated leadership qualifications
  • The ability to develop concise presentations and reports that deliver the right message; strong verbal and analytical skills
  • The ability to develop documents and Excel spreadsheets to convey information and analyses
  • Highly collaborative approach with the ability to build strong working relationships with staff at all levels and with stakeholders
  • Ability to think strategically whilst leading a team to deliver results across a number of complex projects with numerous interdependencies.
