About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Applications Project Manager to join our Public Sector Practice. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for managing high-profile D365 and Power Platform projects for public sector and not-for-profit clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering projects that meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the relationship with customers and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Support customers in developing their Agile delivery capability.
  • Deliver assigned projects in line with established KPIs, ensuring quality and meeting customer expectations.
  • Understand and articulate the scope of each project, managing changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for successful project execution.
  • Proactively manage resources to ensure the required skills are aligned to project demands.
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress using established tools and processes.

Requirements

  • Seasoned experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering D365 projects in public sector environments.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of PMP/PRINCE II methodologies and Agile project delivery.
