We are seeking an experienced Consultant Psychologist to lead our Private Therapy Clinic in Northampton. As a Clinical Lead, you will oversee the clinical governance of the clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care and driving the development of new services. You will work with a talented multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based psychological assessments and interventions, supporting individuals on their recovery journey.

This is a rare opportunity to take on a leadership role in a growing service. You will be responsible for leading with impact, making a difference, developing and inspiring teams, driving innovation, and managing complex cases. You will also have the chance to develop and mentor highly skilled professionals within the service.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in psychological assessments and interventions, with expertise in therapies such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Schema Therapy. They will also have a passion for driving service expansion and delivery, helping shape the future of psychological care. The salary for this position is £82,831 to £97,000 per annum.
