We are seeking an experienced Consultant Psychologist to lead our Private Therapy Clinic in Northampton. As a pioneering mental healthcare provider, we offer a rare opportunity for clinical leadership and personal development. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and developing clinical services in community and private settings, with expertise in therapies such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Schema Therapy. They will also be passionate about driving service expansion and delivery, shaping the future of psychological care.

As a Consultant Psychologist at St Andrews Healthcare, you will oversee the clinical governance of the clinic, ensuring the highest quality patient care and helping steer the development of new services. You will work alongside a talented, multidisciplinary team and enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working, allowing you to provide in-person and remote support.

About the Role
  • Salary: £82,831 - £97,000 per year
  • Benefits: 38 days leave, plus benefits & private work paid extra
