OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY SPECIALIST

Join us at St Andrew’s, a leading mental health charity, as an Occupational Therapy Specialist. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex mental health needs.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for delivering training programs, assessing and evaluating trainee skills, and developing and implementing training curricula. Your expertise will contribute to shaping the next generation of occupational therapy professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • To lead and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs for occupational therapy technical instructors.
  • To provide guidance and support to trainees.
  • To contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in occupational therapy or related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in occupational therapy practice or training delivery.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

  • A salary range of £24,483 - £30,416 per annum dependent on experience.
  • A 37.5 hour working week.
