Senior Account Handler Role Description

A seasoned Senior Account Handler is sought after to spearhead client relationships and manage complex cases in the traditional industry, industrial, and waste sectors. This role requires a strong grasp of risk management and strategic thinking to deliver unparalleled client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop client relationships to drive business growth and client satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio
  • Develop and implement strategic risk management plans to mitigate potential risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service and support

What You'll Achieve:

  1. Build trusted relationships with clients and drive business growth through effective account management
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to mitigate risks and ensure client satisfaction
  3. Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and expansion of the client portfolio

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial insurance handling, ideally with experience in challenging or specialized risk areas
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships
