Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Head of HR Operations to lead and manage day-to-day HR operations and processes. This role will ensure efficiency, compliance, and a positive employee experience across a global organisation with a workforce of 20,000 employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own all key business processes for the newly centralised group HR function.
  • Responsible for mapping out the future state of HR operations to enable the HR transformation.
  • Assess the current shared services model and explore improvement opportunities.
  • Manage the HR operations budget, controlling costs and allocating resources to maximise ROI.
  • Establish the company's HRIT strategy in conjunction with the IT team.
  • Create a culture that enables the transition to manager and employee self-service, reducing HR administrative work.
  • Lead on projects that support both the HR Ops roadmap and wider HR objectives.
  • Work closely with senior management to align HR operations with business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Operations or HR Shared Services leader.
  • HR transformation expertise.
  • Global HR Systems experience.
  • Global or International experience.
  • Desirable, experience of shared services based in India.
  • Process/performance improvement.
  • Project management skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

What We Offer

  • An attractive salary package of around £150,000 - £180,000 yearly, plus bonus.

  • 3 days in the London office is required.
