VANRATH is a leading Fintech company seeking a Sales and Account Development Manager to join their team. With a salary of £50,000 + up to 15% bonus, this role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development. As a key member of the business team, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, onboarding new partners/customers, and developing successful partnerships. Your main objective will be to contribute directly to the success of your accounts by identifying and negotiating new business with existing customers and successfully onboarding and managing new accounts. This role provides significant opportunities to build on current customer relationships, grow existing accounts, and take on larger accounts with more responsibility. Your duties will include managing multiple customer accounts, meeting with account contacts to maintain effective working relationships and identify potential new sales opportunities and solutions for existing customers. You will effectively negotiate commercial and contractual terms for new and add-on product lines and ongoing accounts. Additionally, you will liaise and attend customer meetings, conferences, and exhibitions which may involve some travel within the UK to aid business and organisational development.
