Role Description

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team at The Sales Recruitment Network. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various industries, including Power, Engineering, Oil, Gas, Petrochem, and Process.

Responsibilities:

  • SOURCE AND QUALIFY NEW LEADS THROUGH EFFECTIVE MARKETING CAMPAIGNS AND NETWORKING
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING CLIENTS AND PARTNERS
  • DEVELOP AND EXECUTE SALES PLANS TO ACHIEVE REVENUE TARGETS

Requirements:

  • MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SALES OR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
  • PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF ACHIEVING SALES TARGETS AND DRIVING BUSINESS GROWTH
  • STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF THE STEEL STOCK HOLDING/PROCESS INDUSTRY
