Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Leader to join our team as a Store Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving commercial success, developing and motivating your team, and maintaining a strong shop floor presence. You will also contribute to the overall growth and development of our company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store
- Managing and developing the store team to achieve their full potential
- Maintaining a strong shop floor presence and delivering excellent customer service
- Driving commercial success and maximizing sales opportunities
- Contributing to the overall growth and development of the company
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong leadership approach with a hands-on attitude
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- A passion for retail and sales maximization
